Liam Payne allegedly split with longtime
girlfriend Sophia Smith after a two-year relationship, reported E!
News. The two started dating back in May 2013 and were almost ready to take the
next step in their romance!
Liam previously revealed to the September issue of Attitude magazine,
“We have talked about marriage, but 22 seems a big young for us.”
Their relationship seemed pretty serendipitous as the two
actually met when they were both in school in England, but never dated.
The 22-year-old told the mag,
“I didn’t actually go out with her at the time [when we were younger]."
Though Liam hasn't commented on his relationship
status publicly, he did tweet out a pretty cryptic message, writing,
“I love how music is always there for you when you need it most x.”
Don’t worry Liam there are plenty millions of
girls who would ~love~ to ease your heartache.
